Welcome to ZT22. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ZT22 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). ZT22 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed to serve adult players who choose to access its services.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ZT22 platform — including the sportsbook, casino games, live dealer tables, promotional features and any associated mobile or desktop interfaces — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the ZT22 platform.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, policies and guidelines published on the ZT22 platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gambling Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may be posted from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

To register and maintain an Account on ZT22, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction if applicable. ZT22 is strictly an adults-only platform. Registering on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to use your Account is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Single account: You may hold only one Account on ZT22. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion on the ZT22 platform or any related programme at the time of registration or access.
• Not a problem gambler: You must not knowingly be a problem gambler. If you have previously self-excluded or sought professional help for a gambling problem, you are strongly advised not to register.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration and KYC verification must be truthful, accurate and current. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate termination and fund forfeiture.
• Not acting on behalf of a third party: You must be registering and using the Account solely in your own name and for your own personal entertainment. Using the Platform to process funds or place bets on behalf of another person is prohibited.

To access real-money gaming and betting services on ZT22, you must complete the registration process and pass identity verification (KYC). The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid contact number.

ZT22 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage to verify your identity, age, address and the source of funds deposited into your Account. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued photo identification (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of address, and payment method verification documents where required.

Until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed, ZT22 may restrict certain account functions, including but not limited to the processing of withdrawal requests. Accounts where verification cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended or closed at ZT22's discretion, with any verifiable balance handled in accordance with applicable policies.

By using the ZT22 platform you agree to the following conditions of use. Breach of any of these conditions may result in suspension or permanent closure of your Account.

You agree that you will NOT:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Engage in any form of fraud, cheating, collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any activity that exploits errors or loopholes in the Platform's software, odds, or bonus systems.
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in any way not expressly permitted.
• Attempt to circumvent any security measure, access restriction, or technical safeguard in place on the Platform.
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the Platform's deposit or withdrawal facilities.
• Use the Platform in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the ZT22 infrastructure or interfere with other users' enjoyment of the services.
• Harvest, scrape or collect any data from the Platform without express written permission from ZT22.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise extract source code from any software forming part of the ZT22 platform.
• Post, transmit or share abusive, offensive, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate content through any communication feature on the Platform.

ZT22 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach and to take appropriate action, which may include immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, reporting to relevant authorities and civil or criminal legal action where appropriate.

ZT22 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited to Pakistani players. The specific methods available, minimum and maximum transaction amounts, and applicable processing times are detailed in the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change from time to time without prior notice.

All deposits must be made from a payment method held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ZT22 reserves the right to return deposits made from unrecognised or unverified payment sources and to request documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used.

Key deposit and withdrawal conditions include:

• Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed at the cashier.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to verified payment methods. ZT22 will not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits unless verification is completed.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being fully complete. Pending verification may delay withdrawal processing.
• ZT22 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the source of funds has not been established.
• Processing times vary by method. ZT22 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; final receipt of funds is also subject to the processing timelines of the relevant payment provider.
• Any fees applied by third-party payment processors are the User's responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise by ZT22 at the time of the transaction.

ZT22 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers and other promotional incentives to registered users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable across all promotions include:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be exploited for systematic financial gain.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonus funds must be used before real-money funds in your account balance.
• ZT22 reserves the right to cancel, modify or expire any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reason to believe it is being abused.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms permit otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• ZT22 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse, multi-accounting or breach of these Terms.

ZT22 offers sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket home series, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, international football leagues and UFC fight events — alongside live casino tables, slot games and RNG-based table games. The following general rules apply across all gaming and betting activity on the Platform.

• Bet acceptance: ZT22 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on events where the outcome is known or where the odds were clearly published in error.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or market. These limits may vary by event, game type and user account tier.
• Obvious errors: Where odds or game parameters are clearly erroneous (for example, a decimal odds figure that is plainly incorrect), ZT22 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes.
• Game outcomes: The result of each bet or game round is determined at the time it is settled. Subsequent corrections of broadcast scores or event results may or may not affect settlement depending on ZT22's event-specific rules.
• RTP: Illustrative RTP percentages displayed on ZT22 are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain and past results do not predict future results.
• Disconnection policy: In the event of a disconnection during a live game or in-play bet, ZT22's system will handle the affected round or bet in accordance with the game provider's published disconnection policy. ZT22 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues outside its direct control.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including event cancellation, postponement beyond a defined threshold, or technical failure. Voided bet stakes are returned to the User's Account balance.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ZT22 platform for your personal recreational purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, publish, distribute or commercially exploit any Platform content.
• Create derivative works based on any ZT22 content or software.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices.
• Use any ZT22 branding, logos or trademarks without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of ZT22's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may also constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law, for which ZT22 reserves all available legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZT22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or its services, even if ZT22 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In particular, and without limiting the generality of the above, ZT22 accepts no liability for:

• Any financial losses arising from gambling activity on the Platform, including losses resulting from in-play bets, casino game outcomes or sports betting settlement decisions.
• Loss or corruption of Account data caused by events outside ZT22's reasonable control, including third-party payment processor failures.
• Interrupted or degraded service caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party network issues or force majeure events.
• Actions taken by ZT22 in good faith in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension or bet voidance where justified.
• Any user's reliance on RTP figures, game descriptions or promotional materials as guarantees of individual results — all such figures are theoretical and illustrative only.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ZT22's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ZT22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraud, collusion, cheating, bonus abuse or money laundering.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete the KYC verification process within a reasonable timeframe.
• A court order, regulatory requirement or law enforcement direction requiring account closure.
• Discovery that the User is under the minimum eligible age.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, ZT22 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the Account. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to User misconduct — such as ZT22 ceasing to operate in a particular territory — any verifiable real-money balance will be returned to the User via a verified payment method, subject to applicable KYC completion.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may do so by contacting ZT22 support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course before Account closure is finalised.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZT22 holds its operating licence. ZT22 does not represent that its services are offered under, or in compliance with, Pakistani law.

Users located in Pakistan acknowledge and accept full responsibility for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws. ZT22 does not provide legal advice and nothing in these Terms should be construed as such.

Any dispute between ZT22 and a User that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process will be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Details of the applicable process are available from ZT22 support upon request.

ZT22 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ZT22 will take reasonable steps to notify registered users — for example, by displaying a notice on the Platform or sending a notification to the registered email address associated with an Account.

The "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the ZT22 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.

ZT22 strongly recommends that all users review these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms is always available at zt22.cam/terms-conditions.
